The overall control system adopts the most advanced current type control and N+1 backup power redundancy scheme. This control method has good current balancing effect, small error, and high precision in stabilizing current and voltage. The structure adopts the most advanced N+1 backup stacking scheme in China. For example, the whole machine consists of four layers and eight units, with a rated total power of 12000A/15V. The rated power per layer is 3000A/15V, with an output current of 1500A per unit. The actual power per layer is 3200A/15V, with an output current of 1600A per unit and an output voltage of 15V. The rated current is 12000A, the actual current can reach 12800A, and the actual voltage is 15V. The actual power can reach 192KW, and the lowest overall efficiency is over 90%!
During the operation of the equipment, if one unit fails, the other seven units can still work normally and automatically compensate for the power of the missing unit, so that the overall power supply can still work normally without being affected by the fault.
At this point, simply replacing or repairing the faulty unit will restore normal operation!
