Design Scheme for 250W Multi channel Waterproof Power Supply

Scheme design:

In response to the above requirements, our company has developed the following design and development plan

(1) Option 1: 2-in-1 power supply design; Output four channels+signal control

Channel A: Input Voltage: 100-240VAC Output DC120V-180V Constant Current 2.5A+0-5V Signal Control Output Current

B channel: Output 24V 6A constant voltage

Channel C: Output 12V7A constant voltage

D channel: Output 5V3A constant voltage

All the above outputs adopt a multi transformer scheme, with a height controlled within 25mm; Further dissipate heat through large-area heat sinks; The shell adopts aluminum alloy shell; All cables use waterproof plugs; Apply adhesive treatment inside the circuit board;

The estimated product size is 500mm * 150mm * 30mm (circuit board size is 490mm * 145mm * 25mm;)



(2) Option 2: Dual power mode; Separate constant current power supply and constant voltage power supply; Functional reference plan one;

The estimated product sizes are 320mm * 160mm * 30mm (circuit board size is 290mm * 155mm * 25mm)
