Design scheme of 250W multi-channel waterproof power supply

1. The power supply should reach IP67 protection grade. See Appendix 1 for reference pictures
2. Size requirements: the height shall not exceed 30mm, and the length and width can be made as small as possible.
3. The power input is 110--220vac, and the output is dc:120--180v, 24V, 12V, 5V. Each voltage interface is led out by waterproof patch cord. See Appendix 2 for the reference picture of waterproof patch cord
4. The backlight output is dc120--180v/2.5a, constant current output, brightness adjustable, 0-5V reverse dimming.
5. Other rated DC output parameters are: 24v/6a, 12v/7a, 5v/3a
6. Sufficient margin shall be considered in the design, with over-temperature protection and over-voltage protection functions.
7. Comply with CCC, CE and UL standards.
8. When making other power supplies, ensure that the structure is universal, that is, if the structure size remains unchanged when increasing or reducing the output power, just change some parts.
Option 2:
Make two power supplies, one to supply power to the backlight, and the other to output DC24V, 12V, 5V
Backlight power requirements:
